In an article in The Cambrian News (19th August 2021), Dr Morgan Phillips (author of "Great Adaptations") says, "Firstly, greenhouse gas emissions, especially from the burning of fossil fuels, need to be cut to zero as soon as possible, and secondly, communities in coastal areas need to devise and implement strategies that will enable them to adapt to the changes that are coming."
