In an emotional interview - lasting almost one hour - Elizabeth Coffey, author of "And the Little One Said" spoke candidly about coping with multiple bereavements on the Alchemy1,01 Show (4th June 2022). Elizabeth shared her experiences of counselling and her decision not to take antidepressants as she tried to come to terms with losing so many family members in a relatively short period of time.
